The Phase I ESA process often identifies recognized environmental conditions which require a Phase II ESA, or subsurface investigation. Rowden Consulting, LLC conducts subsurface investigations for many types of environmental releases. We rely on extensive experience and knowledge in geoscience to plan investigations using technologies that are best suited to site conditions and most effectively allocate the client's resources. Rowden Consulting, LLC employs the latest technologies in testing, including micropurge equipment for low-flow groundwater sampling in accordance with the most recent EPA guidance. We utilize laboratories with a comprehensive knowledge of state-specific sampling and analytical requirements. We also utilize the services of a network of qualified, state-licensed environmental drillers employing the latest environmental drilling technologies.
